Agenda Item 2. Resolution 487 Authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement for legal services with Davis, Grimm, Payne & Marra
passes 5-0.
Agenda Item 3. Point Ruston update

.regarding sewer and electrical, roadway drainage plans and landscaping plan
.Not approved yet but very close.
.Like to have permitting done by April.
.Construction soon after.
.Tunnel closed June-July.
.Mylar plans meeting with Tacoma.
.LID add conditions of approval.
.Making good progress.
.USDA provisions.
.Present at Regular Council meeting.
.Shooting for May 25th 2 PM at Town Hall opening of bids.
.Analyze bids and make recommendations on June 5th Regular Council meeting.

All for now. Very hard to hear so there may be gaps.

Absent Bruce Hopkins, Bradley Huson and new Town Attorney Carol Morris
Mayor pro tem Him Hedrick unanimous vote.

.Overhead light on entry stairs still burned out.
.Provides a hazard.
.Offers to donate a light bulb but isn't tall enough to replace burned out bulb.
.Speakers installed to comply with ADA standards are not working.
???- Could not get name or complaint but had something to do with permitting. Will update when minutes are provided.
